This episode is about what it takes to get where you truly want to go regardless of where you are from, your age, or your past experiences. It's about truly learning the essential life skills and believing that anything is possible and you can be successful with the right mindset. In this episode, Jim and Jason are joined by coach Max Lefevre who is the Head Video Coordinator/Player Development Associate with Minnesota Timberwolves. Before that he was under coach Chris Beard as Director of Player Development at Texas Tech where they made it all the way to the national championship game in 2019. Max is originally from France, played college basketball at Avila University and the first team he ever coached was a 3rd grade MOKAN team in the Kansas City area. How did Max go from France to coaching 3rd graders and now coaching in the NBA?
Tune in to hear his story, what he has learned from coaches like Chris Beard and Ryan Saunders on how to coach and develop successful people off the court, not just successful players on the court.
