Jona Genova is a Holistic Performance Coach who developed Focus & Flow Integration™. Using a blend of compassion meditations, energy work, and unique intuitive gifts, through her coaching she reaches what she calls “the preverbal” - what can't be seen and what often can't be spoken. Jona’s depth of experience as a healer enables her to fine-tune people who are already exceptional performers at the highest levels.

Currently, she works with super high achievers to realize their best selves on and off the field, live on stage, and in high-stakes negotiation rooms. By providing the necessary space for the exceptionally gifted to explore their humanness, Jona helps each client gain clarity and experience their full capacity.

Prior to focusing on elite performers, Jona developed the Samadhi for Peace Healing Method, an evidence-based, trauma-informed healing modality specifically for clients with complex trauma. This work received significant recognition at nationally known treatment facilities leading Jona to launch Reiki Collective, a premier alternative healing service provider bridging the gap between energy medicine and western healthcare systems. Jona started teaching meditation in 2010 and has trademarked three signature class formats for luxury health clubs. Prior to this work, Jona assisted with brain research at Clarkson University and studied with top neuroscientists at Boston College.

Jona’s sensitive nature, exceptional intuition, and palpable charisma allow her to authentically connect with just about everyone she meets.
